Back in January 2011 you submitted a Personal Development Plan based upon lessons learned in the first term and your personal development objectives leading up to June. You are required to present an evaluative, critical review addressing the extent to which you have fulfilled any objectives originally laid down, flagging up any instances of slow progress, and of course areas of success. Where there have been difficulties, please discuss remedial strategies for future improvement. In terms of style, this element should take the form of a first person narrative.
